Outstanding ability to perform mass changes. Possibility to switch off any fields and to remane any existing field! Also an Android-viewer exists, unfortunally it does not show every filed, but better than nothing!
Disadvantage is that you need to know HTML programming to create reports. Existing reports are mostly not finalised or simply crap.
